Short Term Rental Management Agreement
7.5 You agree to pay interest for each amount not paid on the due date for the period from the due date to the payment date at an X rate. a. The owner also covers property managers in its policy. This agreement is a binding obligation to the parties, their successors, heirs and/or personal representatives. This is the whole agreement and the additions mentioned between the contracting parties, and no derogation or amendment is valid or enforceable, unless both parties mention it in writing and sign it by both parties.
